Mikko Oksanen successfully completed his MSc research in CEST

Mikko Oksanen finished his MSc thesis project "Sulfur Dioxide Depolarized Electrolyser: A Density Functional Theory Study of Anolyte Species Adsorbed on Au(111) Surfaces" in CEST.

MSc student Mikko Oksanen (Department of Chemistry and Materials Science, School of
Chemical Engineering), has completed his thesis work in CEST. He has submitted his thesis entitled "Sulfur Dioxide Depolarized Electrolyser: A Density Functional Theory Study of Anolyte Species Adsorbed on Au(111) Surfaces" and given a public presentation of his work. Thesis supervisor: Prof. Patrick Rinke (CEST); advisors: Dr. Jingrui Li (CEST) and Prof. Annukka Santasalo-Aarnio (Department of Chemical and Metallurgical Engineering).

This MSc thesis is within the framework of the Aalto Seed Funding Project "Enhanced SO2 Oxidation on Catalyst/Semiconductor Interface (EnOCSI)".
