A public seminar for those interested in differentiation, improved profitatiblity and competetive advantage in industrial solution businesses

In their quest for differentiation, improved profitability, and competitive advantage the industrial companies are extending their current product and service-based offering with solutions businesses. However, succeeding in solutions business is challenging, requires new capabilities, deeper customer relationships, and comes with a higher cost of sales, and risks for profitability .
The morning session of the seminar is open for about 100 fastest registrations. The afternoon workshops can host about 25 participants each.
