In their quest for differentiation, improved profitability, and competitive advantage the industrial companies are extending their current product and service-based offering with solutions businesses. However, succeeding in solutions business is challenging, requires new capabilities, deeper customer relationships, and comes with a higher cost of sales, and risks for profitability .

The morning session of the seminar is open for about 100 fastest registrations. The afternoon workshops can host about 25 participants each.
